仕事の内容: Established tour operation company is seeking an experienced Senior Manager for their Customer Service Division.
This position is Exempt.

Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple departments by overseeing daily operations for Guide Service business, Japanese Answering Service (JAS) and Nippon Rent-a-Car (NRC), and other arrangements as needed to ensure quality customer service for our internal and external customers.
Implement policies & procedures for an efficient operation system, including but not limited to, attending to emergencies or urgent issues, conduct training and evaluations, and interviewing candidates for open positions.

応募資格: Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree
Must possess at least seven (7) years’ of experience in customer service operations in the travel-related industry. marketing and sales experience is desirable.
Must possess at least five (5) year’s management experience;
Must possess bilingual language skills; speaking, reading and writing in English and Japanese.
Must be able to communicate professionally and effectively with employees, customers, and management in English and Japanese.
Possess skills in tactful negotiation with various levels, including employees, customers, business partners and organizations.
Able to manage various responsibilities and staff; develop plans, new procedures, and approaches to improve work products.
Required to possess valid Hawaii State Driver license with clean driving
